Ahmed Michael Mustapha is a management strategist, transformational leadership expert, executive coach, consultant, trainer, mentor and author. His work connects strategy, people, finance, technology and systems to help individuals and organisations achieve meaningful progress.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Mentoring and Coaching Nigeria and an NCMD Certified Management Trainer, Ahmed serves as Director of Operations at Everyday Foods Group and is the Founder and Lead Consultant of Mickamus Consulting International.

Ahmed also heads ICT, Research and Business Development at Everyday Foods Group and coordinates MERIT (Magnus Entrepreneurs Round Inner Table). His background spans retail, distribution, hospitality, education, consulting and enterprise development. Previous roles include General Manager at NtepsMart and faculty and training engagements with multiple entrepreneurship and leadership development organisations. His coaching philosophy is built on clarity, discipline, technology, innovation, systems, execution and results.
